Check out our recommendations for your classroom this week: Finance: Check out this activity from CTE Online, where students learn to manage their finances to buy a car virtually. Students explore different financing options, making the best choice for their situation, understanding opportunity cost, and will hand in a report that details their findings. Accounting: With Principles of Accounting Unit 2 - Lesson 4, introduce the accounting cycle with this video, then have students read and annotate this article to reinforce the 8 important steps in the accounting cycle.   Business: To introduce NAF’s Business Economics Unit 2 - Lesson 4, ask students to take notes as they watch the videos about diminishing returns and comparative advantage. Entrepreneurship: For NAF’s Entrepreneurship Unit 2 - Lesson 4, engage students in the U.S. Small Business Administration’s self-paced training in market research to identify their customers and learn how to market to them.
