Election Day is upon us and first things first—are you ready to cast your vote? We recommend you visit Vote.org for specific information about the ways you can vote in your state. 

The election might bring up a lot of questions, feelings, and opinions for students. You can plan ahead for talking about the election in your classroom with What will you do on Wednesday? from Teaching Tolerance or this blog from Edutopia focused on students' social and emotional needs related to the election.
